General Principle
ARFIKEDA applies a transparent and fair cancellation/refund policy for its subscription services. This page explains how you can cancel your subscription, in which cases you can receive a refund, and your right of withdrawal.
These terms should be read together with the Terms of Service and the Distance Sales Agreement. Your mandatory rights under consumer law are reserved in any case.

Free Trial Period
Certain products offer a 7 (seven)-day free trial. No subscription fee is charged during the trial period.
If you cancel during the trial, you will not pay any fee. Subscriptions not cancelled by the end of the trial automatically convert to a paid period at the announced tariff. Some products, such as AI agents, may not include a trial period; this is stated on the product page.

Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management screen in your account or the customer portal.
The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the period; no fee is charged for the following period. You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation.

Refund Conditions
Our subscriptions are billed in advance on a periodic basis. As a rule, no refund is made for the current, partially used period; after cancellation you continue to use the service until the end of the period.
Refunds are considered in the following cases:
• Requests made within the statutory withdrawal period
• The service not being provided for reasons attributable to us
• Incorrect or duplicate charges
Refund requests are submitted via contact@arfikeda.com and reviewed within a reasonable time.

Right of Withdrawal
Buyers who qualify as consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the contract is concluded, without giving a reason.
Important exception: pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for instantly performed digital services whose performance has begun with the Buyer's express consent. The free trial we offer allows you to experience the service before purchasing.
For requests within the scope of the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a notice to contact@arfikeda.com.

Refund Process and Timing
Approved refunds are made using the method the Buyer used at payment (credit/debit card).
The refund is initiated within at most 14 days from approval of the request. The time for the amount to reflect on your card may take several business days depending on your bank and Stripe processing times. ARFIKEDA is not responsible for delays attributable to banks after the refund has been initiated.

Setup Fees
The one-time setup fee applied to some products is, as a rule, non-refundable once the setup and configuration service has actually begun, due to the labour and service provided.
If setup has not yet started, the setup fee is refunded. Which products carry a setup fee is stated on the relevant product page.

Exceptions
The following are outside the scope of refunds:
• Accounts suspended/terminated due to breach of the Terms of Service
• Cases where abuse of the service is detected
• Fully used and expired periods
These exceptions do not restrict mandatory rights under consumer law.
