Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared, to the extent necessary to provide the service and in compliance with the KVKK, with the following parties: • Payment service providers (Stripe) • Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers • AI/language model service providers (to the extent required by the service) • Authorized public institutions (upon legal request) Where transfer abroad is involved, the conditions required under Article 9 of the KVKK are observed. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically by automated and partially automated means through our website, registration and order forms, account transactions, customer support channels, cookies and similar technologies.

Retention Periods

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and the legal periods set out in the relevant legislation: • Account data: For as long as your account is active • Invoices and financial records: 10 years (legal requirement) • Logs: For the period required by applicable legislation Data whose retention period has expired is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
